Karen Schuster, Vice President of Sales

My name is Karen Schuster and I joined Klein & Co. in March 2003. I came from a corporate training background and started as an Account Representative to grow the California territory. I was promoted to Sales Manager, in charge of expanding additional territories, coordinating national accounts and managing Klein & Co. Account Representatives. Currently, as Vice President of Sales, I oversee our nationwide Account Managers, Inside Sales Team, Sales support staff, manage our social media and I serve as the One Point of Contact for our national accounts. The best parts of my job are being a part of a company I truly believe in, actively participating in helping those in need and working with clients who are some pretty special people. I am originally from Buffalo, NY and graduated from SUNY Buffalo with a Bachelor’s degree in the Arts. I contribute and write for various trade magazines and am an active member of several industry organizations, nationwide. Personally, I love to hike, breathe in the outdoors, spend time with my family, and am a 3rd degree black belt instructor and will always be a student of American Kenpo Karate. I am the proud mom of young twins and thank God every day for blessing me with 2 amazing children who are as beautiful on the inside as they are on the outside.

Theresa Turner : Operations Manager

Theresa Turner, Operations Manager

My name is Theresa Turner and I am the Operations Manager at Klein & Co. I came from a community bank management background of over 25 years which included retail, operations and corporate executive management…focused in the mountains of Colorado. My husband and I spent the bulk of my banking career in the Winter Park – Fraser Valley. A relocation from Edwards, Colorado to Golden afforded us the opportunity to be closer to family and to start my career with Klein & Co. I am originally from Falls Church, Virginia and grew up in a family of six with a career military father and beautiful Japanese mother. With the exception of one sister, we are all now within thirty minutes of each other. I love to travel, particularly to areas where my husband and I can enjoy underwater ocean adventures, read and spend time with my family. I am looking forward to expanding my experiences within a field of top shelf customer service, here at Klein & Co., while continuing our love for a Colorado lifestyle.

Mary Schuster : Assistant Sales Manager

Mary Schuster, Assistant Sales Manager

My name is Mary Schuster and I joined Klein & Co. in 2005.  I started as an Account Manager and am currently the Assistant Sales Manager.   I truly enjoy working with my clients and getting to know them on a more personal level.  Having the privilege to meet my clients face to face is just an added bonus!  For anyone who has visited me at the national PLRB, I am affectionately known as the "nut lady".  That is because I am the maker of the cinnamon coated almonds, cashews, etc., that you can smell throughout the trade show floor.  In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, swimming and spending as much time at the beach as possible.

Ashley Profitt : Assistant Operations Manager

Ashley Profitt, Assistant Operations Manager

My name is Ashley Profitt, and I am the Assistant Operations Manager here at Klein & Co. I feel so proud to be able to work for a company that helps people every day, and love the family atmosphere that we have cultivated. Having a mountain view at the office doesn’t hurt either! I moved around quite a bit when I was younger, but found my permanent place here in beautiful Colorado. I love taking my two dogs Rook and Riley out for hikes, or on one of our treks out to photograph a new place I’ve never been. I started with Klein in June 2008, and truly feel lucky to be able to work for a company that I believe in. I can’t wait to see what adventures the future holds!

Annie Zimmerman : Assistant Accounting Manager

Annie Zimmerman, Assistant Accounting Manager

My name is Annie Zimmerman and I am the Assistant Accounting Manager. I have been with Klein & Co. since April 2009. I came from a financial/banking background before starting with Klein & Co. I was interested in Klein & Co. because I was excited to work for a company that provides such a necessary service that I didn’t know existed before coming to work with Klein & Co. I have held numerous positions within the company, starting out as a One Point of Contact Relocation Coordinator. I transferred into the Accounting department and held two other positions before taking on the Assistant Accounting Manager position. As the Assistant Accounting Manager, I am responsible for the hiring, training and supervising of the Accounting department, as well as analyzing and reporting on the company’s financial operations. I was raised in Montana and have lived in North Dakota and Colorado. I am definitely a fan of the mountains and being able to go camping and hiking. I love repurposing and refurnishing furniture. Someday after retiring from many more years with Klein & Co., I hope to own a bed and breakfast.

Katy Simpson : Training & Development Manager

Katy Simpson, Training & Development Manager

My name is Katy Simpson and I am the Training & Development Manager with Klein & Co.   I have been here since mid-February 2014. Having moved here just a few weeks prior, Klein & Co. was a warm welcome in the cold winter. A southern girl through and through, I relocated to the Denver area having only driven in snow once in my entire life. I quickly learned. I love lazy Saturdays with my husband, meeting new people, and learning their life stories. Also, having fun is a priority! I love working at Klein & Co. because there is an evident desire to help others. Both within the company itself and with all of those we work with each day. We work hard to make a chaotic time in someone’s life a smooth transition. I love seeing that come to fruition.
